What do we offer?
Every family that trusts us receives a specific and personalised activity plan. Here's what you need to know to get started:

Free Pre-Interview: Before we start, we offer a free pre-interview to get to know each other better.
Necessary details: Date and place of service.
Number of children.
Tastes and activity preferences of the children.
Particular needs of the family.

How to book:
Sending a Request: To book our services, send your request via Whatsapp or email, detailing your requirements.
Confirmation and Payment: We will reply with our availability. To confirm the service, we ask for 50% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer.
Change Policy: Any modification in the service must be notified according to our company policy (see section 6, payments and cancellations).

Rates

Timetable from 08:00 to 00:00:

22,50€ per hour for 1 or 2 children.
Each extra child costs an additional €5 per hour.

Timetable from 00:00 to 08:00:

Special rate of 35€ per hour when night time is applied in this time slot. 
Minimum Service: A minimum of 3 hours is charged for each session.
Charging for Indivisible Hours: All sessions are charged for full hours, without fractions.
